    Successes/struggles this week: My success came today when I stepped on the scale and saw that I now weigh the same as my fiance. That was my first goal I wanted to reach.

    My struggle came this week in the form of starting a 30 day free trial at a new gym in town with my best friend. But between a full-time job, full-time college, and a 2 year old, she doesn't have much time to go after work so we've been getting there around 6:40 for the past three mornings. I don't remember the last time I regularly woke up at 6 a.m. Even when I worked about 40 minutes from home, I was still able to get up at 6:30 a.m. for work. Sweets have also still been a struggle for me to avoid :/ I always crave them at night around 8 p.m.

    No change this week. Exactly the same weight as Monday, so I may recheck on Monday to give it a full week instead. I know I went over calories yesterday. We got our favorite takeout that we used to get weekly but hadn't had in a month. It's Chinese and packed with sodium so I'm sure I'm retaining water. Also still trying to get rid of a cold that won't quit.

    Successes are I'm back to my daily walks, and continuing with Stronglifts 5x5 too. My jeans are fitting better, and overall I'm feeling more comfortable in my clothes. I'm sure getting plenty of extra fluids will not only help with this cold, but flushing out any sodium from the junk this week. No loss is still better than a gain!!

    Weight lost/gained this month: I've lost 12 pounds since 01/11 :)

    Successes/struggles this week: Last week I only lost 1 pound which was really disappointing, I decided to do lower carb this week and see if that would help, and it definitely did! I tried to stay around 25 carbs or less per day and have lost 3 pounds since Monday :) Going to keep up with it this next week, I feel like this is a pretty decent start to reaching my goal for the month!

    Successes/struggles this week: I did fairly good sticking to what I had planned to eat for the day! But I struggled in a few areas, including not choosing the best food when going out to eat and binging on snacks between 2pm-4pm. On the plus side, I put away half of the restaurant food before eating, and I binged on roasted peas, but they're still habits I'd like to break.

    Successes/struggles this week: I stepped on the scale and read 251.0 today, and last week I Read 257.5 . Now if that ain't motivation I don't know what is! I'm so excited and ready for my body to change. I've been sticking to No FAST FOOD NO JUNK. And it's working! All I drink WATER!! Water everyday all day!! I don't drink no juice or nothing just water! I LOVE WATER! I can tell I lost some inches as well as pounds which is AWSOME! You guys can do it ! We all can! I look at like this when I get discouraged, ( if I can Instagram and Facebook, Relationship, or wateva for 60 days straight.. Why can't I eat right and focus on me and my body for 60 days straight ?.. My minds made up and I want the new me!!!! We got this y'all!!!!!!
