Successes/struggles this week: I haven't been doing very well staying under my calorie goal. I just can't seem to kick the "bad" foods or listen to my hunger signals. I've had so many salty foods and so much soda, it's like I've never had it before. I'm still under 180, but just barely. The next three days I'm going to do my best to get back on track.0 -

Struggles this week: I couldn't resist evening snacking and the scales showed more every day. I also wasn't tracking properly and got rather frustrated with myself. Yesterday I was really disciplined and finally it started going back in the right direction!
