    Successes/struggles this week: drinking all of my water, working out everyday. Went out for date night for hibachi and I am retaining some water from all of the sodium. I can tell from the way my ring fits. Overall I am happy with the 2lbs on track to hit the mark at the end of the month

    Successes/struggles this week: Struggles - Knowing that this "loss" could just be a fluke. My weight fluctuates A LOT, I could be back up to 200 by tomorrow. Also, still figuring out portion control and being motivated to exercise regularly.
    Success- Finally setting a SOLID and REAL weight loss goal for myself instead of just "lose some weight sometime" I want to be down to 180 lb by my birthday.

    Successes/struggles this week: Too much water drinking. Made me dizzy and sick. Was at 15 cups a day. Cutting back to 10 cups a day. Told I'm not eatting enough protein and calories. Weight loss was in muscle and not fat

    Successes/struggles this week: Not preparing a lunch for work made it easier to buy filth from the cafe. Ending the week on a junk food binge does not help either. The silver lining is I had my first coke temptation of the year and resisted. This makes 13 months since I've had a coke. After having anywhere from a small bottle to a case or more a day since I was 8 years old, I am happy with this.

    Successes/struggles this week: had a good week food wise. I can definitely see a difference in my weight loss when I am exercising. I know that it's lost mostly in the kitchen, but I've always seen better results when exercising.

    Successes/Struggles: I missed a day of workout schedule. Good: My jeans are fitting better! My BMI is finally in the normal range. So nice to NOT get the message on on Polar Fitness watch that says "Overweight"! After 30 days of treadmill and, I've added in the Stairmaster as of Feb 5. Switching up routine to see if I can get off stuck on the scale.
