    Successes/struggles this week: I know I'm not drinking enough water. That is always my struggle. I just don't like water! Yet when I get in the habit of drinking it my body craves it. Go figure.

    Successes/struggles this week: I stepped on the scale and read 251.0 today, and last week I Read 257.5 . Now if that ain't motivation I don't know what is! I'm so excited and ready for my body to change. I've been sticking to No FAST FOOD NO JUNK. And it's working! All I drink WATER!! Water everyday all day!! I don't drink no juice or nothing just water! I LOVE WATER! I can tell I lost some inches as well as pounds which is AWSOME! You guys can do it ! We all can! I look at like this when I get discouraged, ( if I can Instagram and Facebook, Relationship, or wateva for 60 days straight.. Why can't I eat right and focus on me and my body for 60 days straight ?.. My minds made up and I want the new me!!!! We got this y'all!!!!!!

    Successes/struggles this week: What?! I gained 4.5 lbs in 5 days?! I didn't even know that was possible. The scale is going the wrong way. I exercised every day. I didn't eat super great, but I didn't eat horribly either. I went over a few days, but not by much. Heavy sigh. Hopefully next week have a better #.

    Successes/struggles this week: Really busted my butt to finally get some pounds off! Yesterday was tough because I had to drive 7 hours to a project site and survey it, so not much time for exercise. Rest of the week, I think I did really well. I'm going to really try to eat well today and tomorrow so I can feast during the superbowl!
