  • I actually think there's something magical about IF. I've tried all the other plans while going through menopause. IF is the only plan that has helped me lose weight. More importantly, I sleep better, my hot flashes aren't as bad and the brain fog is diminishing. It's not for everyone, but I like the benefits.

  • Hi Everyone, I love all the posts. Reading your goals has inspired me to add on to mine. I just started using MFP again last month. I also started intermittent fasting last month. Now if I could just get consistent with a workout. that and being the best version of myself are my main goals. Baby steps

  • you definitely need to make sure you're eating the right amount of calories, especially if you're working out. you don't want to burn muscle you want to burn fat. if you're not getting enough nutrients while working out, your body will take from your muscles for the energy it needs.
