Hello guys!!! Hope somebody can help me with my question :)

My name is Carmen and I am 21 years old. I just have a baby 6 months ago and during my pregnancy I gain 77 pounds. Im eating healthy and Im doing exercise (Air Climber) for 30 minutes a day and I just want to know how many calories should I burn doing exercise If I only eat 1,200 calories per day????

I being eating 1,200 Calories per day and I being doing the Air Climber for 4 days and I have lost 6 ponds :) Im also eating healthy and drinking lots of water.

IM TRYING TO LOSE 43 POUNDS

Hope you can help me & please give me some motivation to stay in track!

    yeah, I wouldn't eat 1200 calories a day.

    you definitely need to make sure you're eating the right amount of calories, especially if you're working out.
    you don't want to burn muscle you want to burn fat. if you're not getting enough nutrients while working
    out, your body will take from your muscles for the energy it needs.
