I have not done mine yet today (I do them before bed) but the last two days were not too hard. I can definitely feel some soreness though, so that is a good thing. Everyone keep up the good work!

Hello all, this will be my second time trying this. I had to quit before do to injury but really liked my results for the first 10 days. I plan on taking a couple of rest days here and there but would like to finish within 40 days. Good luck everyone!

That is awesome. I cannot put those thin mints down. I try not to buy them because I know I cannot control myself but my husband "being nice" bought me three boxes...wish I could have put them down like you did. Oh well, I am back on track now!
