I teach high school English in Indianapolis. I am trying to get back in the groove of taking time for myself and my health. Would love some fellow teacher encouragement; add me!

Thanks for the clarification!

That is really great! Part of why I wanted to get healthier was so that I could pass those 'habits' on to my sons, as well. Well done!!!

I'm a 1600 girl. :)

Just to clarify: ---My five year has a milk intolerance, so he's not allergic, but we have to watch the quantity of dairy products he gets in a day and he can't drink it. He drinks lactose free milk or almond milk. ---We try to eat as cleanly and unprocessed as possible, (I say "as possible" with the caveat being that my…

Finally done! Also bumped it up by adding 100 jumping jacks. I'm sweating! :)

That was killer before I did the Zumba and killer after... but I'm DONE! I didn't think I could do the last hundred, so I'm pleasantly surprised!!! Thanks. :)

I'm a short girl, too, (5'2) and it is amazing how the pounds look different on us! I'm here for support if you want to add me. My diary is open; I'm not vegetarian, but I prefer it for taste versus ideological reasons. I log in every day and I'm in it for the long haul. I will notice when you do well and encourage you get…

Thanks for all the feedback, everyone. I think I'm going to look at form first, and take slow and steady to make sure I can get the form right. I know that I can contact my trainer and have her take a look at how I'm doing some things and make adjustments without having to pay for another session, so I will do that, as…

^^^This, lol! I love to see what other people are eating and to get ideas of cool things to eat that I might be overlooking. I don't understand not making your food diary public or at least visible to friends, anyway. Accountability is key! I'm sending a request your way. :) BTW: I'm 34 5'2 CW: 157 GW: 130 UGW: 120

I'm having this problem as well. I have changed the battery. It keeps saying to check the heart rate transmitter. I was having to make sure to put it in just the right place so it would pick up. Now, it's not picking anything up at all, no matter what I do.

She was VERY mean and we did over a hundred lunges and then a bunch of extra glute work. I hope that counts! I am almost at muscle failure already; I'm worried about what tomorrow is gonna feel like!!! :) Great burn, though.

I have a personal trainer session this afternoon, so I'll have to see if I can pump these out afterwards... I guess it really depends on how mean she is to me, lol! I'm in, though!

I'm also a mama in the process of switching from WW to MFP. I wanted to go back to working out and every time I do that on WW, I end up being super hungry, super grumpy, and I stop losing. Friend me if you want; we'll support each other. :)
