But I eat till I'm full tho. Cause I hate over eating and feeling stuffed and eating when I'm not hungry.

You can see what I eat now. I don't eat when I'm not hungry. I'm suppose to eat 1,200 a day. There is days I burn a lot of calories also.

I keep track of my food. I'm always really close or under the amount of calories Im suppose to eat.

Thank you. I'll go ahead and use it cause I walk/jog 2 to 3 miles almost everyday as well.

Thank you all! I will have to try the weights. I just feel down when I keep getting stuck I feel like I should have lost more by now. I keep seeing all these people hardly do anything and losing weight like crazy.
