Who cares if they work. You need a long term healthy diet not a short term fix. Amphetamines used to be sold as diet tablets in years gone by but I am sure no body would advocate that now. Trust in a long term (life long ) healthy diet and loose the weight slowly.

totally approve of the diet by eating less and moving more and not bothering with Shakes or other bad habits (i.e. laxatives). well done

Well done. I am in the same boat as you. decided that 110 kg was enough and have dropped to 90 kg with 7 more to go at least 7 months. I admire your progress

Mine dropped too. I used to have a resting of 65 to 70. I started cycling to help burn to extra calories. My resting heart rate is any where from 45 to 50. and I am 6 ft tall.

Only ever had the "I think you have lost enough now once" and that was when I was when I was just under BMI 30 and the Lady in question was morbidly obese. You can only control yourself and not what someone else does or says. Just smile and move on. oh and my family have been super supportive. My Wife is great and the kids…

I employ a typical engineers solution to my weight loss so far. (1) I try to weigh everything as much as possible but try not to get too stressed. (2) If I feel I want more to eat then I exercise a deficit to allow me to eat more. (3) every time I lose weight then I reset by food target to a slightly lower target. I know…
