I generally use tofu in a smoothie, but I've also used as a substitute for cream cheese in cheesecake.

I finished level 2 of 30Ds yesterday. My husband came into the room after I finished recording my measurements and he was impressed with the results. Most notably was 1" off chest. 1" off belly and 1" off each thigh. I love how its changing my whole body and making me feel stronger and fitter too.

Hey! I'm sorry to hear about your struggles, but your story really resonated with me as my dad went through something similar over Christmas. (although there is a family history in his case - so I'm likely to experience this too). He recovered so quickly from the surgery that it shocked us all. The vast improvements to…

I mix tomatoes and pesto in the blender, then heat on the stove. I sometimes add a little cornstarch to thicken. Meanwhile, I will sauté onions, peppers, spinach and zucchini, and mix into the sauce.

I switch between 2: 1 slice whole wheat toast 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter topped with whatever fresh fruit is on hand (blueberries, mango or banana typically) or: 1 slice whole wheat toast 1/4 avocado 1 slice tomato fresh ground pepper (must go on top of tomato-I'm very strict about this for some reason) 1 poached egg I…

Level 2 completed this morning! Losses (since day 1-level 1): Wt: 9 pounds Biceps: 1/4" each Chest: 1" Belly: 1" Hips: 1/2" Thighs: 1" each!!!!! Calfs: no change Obviously, my biggest win was in the thighs (some mean spirited kids used to call me Thunder Thighs in middle school, as they've always been a problem area for…

Thanks for sharing this. I am in the same boat. I keep losing the same 10 pounds over and over again. I really need to push through that first plateau, and stop getting discouraged and making excuses.

When I was dating my now husband (long distance), he made - and Xpress Posted - me homemade croissants filled with Nutella. That was the moment I knew he was a keeper!

@zombimomjo You have my goal legs! Great work!

Level 2- day 10 tomorrow! After level 1, I was down 6 pounds and as of this morning, I'm down a total of 9 pounds. I will have updated measurements after tomorrow's workout. I definitely feel stronger, many of the exercises are getting easier - especially push-ups, and I overall feel better, and more motivated to stick to…

For me, it's more about fitness than weight loss, but it's kind of a package deal. Weight loss is a great quantifiable measurement along the way. I want to come to work on Monday morning and talk about the mountain I climbed, the fresh powder I skied through or the football game I played with friends. I don't want to talk…

Hey! 150is my goal weight too. I'm actually really terrible at counting calories. I find it stresses me out. I love to cook, and I hate numbers. I use my diary more as an accountability tool, ie- If I'm embarrassed to log it, I don't eat it. Because I'm more of a visual person than a numbers person, I have just tried to…

I lost 6 pounds in level 1. I had minimal loss in inches (1/2" off hips and waist), minimal changes in arms/legs. So far my weight hasn't budged on level 2, but my diet wasn't up to par, so I blame that, and have gotten myself back on track. I will finish level 2 on Friday and confirm weight & measurements. My pants are…

Level 2 - day 7 finished this morning. I like the cardio and strength moves better than level one, but I absolutely dread the plank jacks and plank twists at the end. I lost 6 pounds by the end of level one, but the scale has remained stagnant for level 2 - (gone off track with diet, so that is probably a key factor) Will…

I'm almost done level 2. I lost 6 pounds during level 1, and have hit a plateau now. I've been eating out a lot more than usual, so I think once I get back on track with diet, I'll continue losing. Are you only measuring weight, or are you taking body measurements as well?

Read the "Just for today" thread. It's a great reminder that each day is easy to get through. When you think about never eating junk food again, it is daunting. I'm not going to eat fast food today is much easier than I'll never eat fast food again. Good luck to you.

Burpees are killer... For me, it's Mountain Climbers.

I just went on a full weekend binge. Pretty much had burgers and beers for dinner Fri, Sat and Sun nights, plus big, fatty breakfast on Sunday morning. Guess what? The scale didn't move, my pants still fit the same, and I didn't explode. I just start again with my healthy eating/exercise regimen today. I subscribe to the…

You look so much younger & healthier now! Way to go!

Wow. What an inspiration! I'm halfway through - 6 pounds down, and hope to look this good when I'm done! Thanks for posting.

I sleep in, run all my errands, get groceries and meal prep for the week ahead, walk the dog (because I have to do this regardless of the weather - just bundle up) Sometimes I'll put on my Rushfit stretching DVD, it really loosens up the joints and helps me relax. ETA - also available on Youtube "GSP Stretching for…

Oh hell yes. I had a friend tag a photo of me on FB with the caption, "this is my good friend, she's actually really gorgeous in person." Yikes! What a blow to the ego. Just looking back at this makes me want to be that girl who looks good in person and in photos!

It sounds like you could both use a dose of therapy. Were you seeing anyone about your previous disorder? Maybe have a few sessions alone, and some with your mother. This sounds very destructive to both of you. Good on you for not wanting to fall back into an eating disorder, but from the sounds of it, you may be quickly…

So cute! Keep dancing hot mama!

Holy hotness! Great work!

I never did a 5K... I started with a 10K.... bad idea, but it was a work team building thing, so didn't really have a choice. I finished in 80 mins, which I was super proud of, because I don't enjoy running. The atmosphere, people cheering on the sidelines and adrenalin on the day definitely fueled me to keep going even…

My favorite quick crockpot recipe: Slice up one medium Granny Smith apple and line bottom of crockpot Top with 1-2 turkey breasts Cover with another layer of apple slices Add 1 can of cranberry jelly Cook on low 8-10 hours I serve mine with steamed vegetables. It's like a turkey dinner without all the fuss!

What a coward and a bully. No way he would say that to your face. I'm really sorry he was able to upset you like that. He probably made that comment thinking he was funny, but don't let him know he's hurt you. I have found the best way to deal with bullies like that is to kill them with kindness. (I know it's really hard…

Kickboxing! I only trained for a couple of months before I moved, and haven't been able to find a similar program near me. I would feel like I was going to puke after every class, but still looked forward to the next one. My husband used to be a competitive MMA fighter, so we set up an area with a heavy bag so we can work…
