Congrats!! Roller derby is such a great sport, and it doesn't matter how old you are! I have been playing derby for about 3 years now and once you start you will begin shedding weight fast. Just remember that you will plateau and that's where good nutrition and outside exercise comes in, so I think you're right on track!!…
