  • Your story sounds VERY similiar to mine. I started back on this journey mid-January and I've gotten 13 of what I had gained back off. 12 more to go to get back to where I was and then even more to get to my goal weight. :-) But I think I finally have the right combination of calories in/calories out this time!!

I didn't complete it in 8 weeks because I had to repeat weeks before I was ready to move on but when I could run for a full 30 minutes (which I had never done before), it was so worth it.   • I usually drink about 5 bottles of water a day which equats to 10 cups. I've also read that you should increase your water intake by every 20 minutes of exercise so I don't think you are consuming too much.
