I think cold weather burns more calories. My goal is back down to 200 miles for Novembe, I am moving indoors doing indoor work outs. Might get a indoor cycle, so boring. Cheers Jim

I bike, trying to do a century 100 miles. If I do a 40 mile or more ride I will gain water weight of a couple of lbs. By the end of the week it is gone. Drink lots of water It is a life change. Now I would rather loose inches then lbs. But still watch the scale, for 1 more lbs gone. Got 10 more lbs to go to reach goal…

I set a goal of one pant size down. Started at 42 set goal to 40 then 38 then 36. I am now in size 34 pants and just bought a size 32 they button but a little tight maybe in a month or two. Oyea I also set a goal to be under 200 Lbs, I did hit 199.8 lbs this week. Another goal biking started out go 5 miles, now next week…

We have fat Friday or Saturday. One way it to eat your normal 0 gain/ 0 Loss calories. Therefore kinda being normal, but make sure you log the food. I bike on a Saturday going for 3 or 4 hour rides at about 14 miles an hour, I get enough calories that I really cant eat them all. So I guess you could combine exercise wiht…

I have only lost 60 lbs, but I started riding my bike I rode 400 miles last month. Most of the excess skin is gone. Good luck in finding what works for you. Cheers Jim

Congrats My first ride this year was 2.5 miles to the top of a hill. Then I started doing 5 miles took around an hour. Now I am doing 10 mile in 45 min. I take 25 mile rides on weekends.
