  • I am 57 just finished a 100 mile century bike ride in 7.5 hours. Two years ago 5 miles was hard. One day at a time. I bike 4 to 5 days a week usually 20 to 39 miles each ride at about 14 or 15 miles an hour. So great to be fit. Cheers Jim

  • 9 months in mainetance what ever that is. gained some lost some learned it is a lfestyle change not a diet. I am into biking so it is easy to get extra calories. Bike an hour or two. Hard lesson to learn not to go back to see food comfort diet. Hang in there. Nice to be healthy and in size 34 jeans. jim

  • I lost about 4O or so pounds with litttle exercising, started out slow noticed I could eat more calories by working out. I am going to try to do a century bike ride this fall, I have done 63 miles in about 5 hours. Lots of core workout, I like how I feel now. If I want to eat just go on a 2 hour bike ride.   • I got to ride 16 miles at 15.5 miles an hour average. 2 years ago at 265 walking hurt, 48 inch waist. Now at 205 lots of energy and 34 inch waist. Everyday is a new day, and the new start to the rest of your life, choose to live it on your terms. Cheers Jim
  • I ride 15 to 20 miles a day at avg pace of 15 miles an hour. I do rest at least one day a week sometimes 2 to recover. On weekends I ride 2 hours 30 miles on Saturday then Sunday morn 3 or so hours on a 45 or 50 mile ride.
