Hi
I have be on MFP for a year and a half trying to brieak 200 lbs mark, been there once this year heading back down.
This morning I went on an 16 mile bike ride it only took 63 min.
That means I avg greater then 15 miles per hour, not tour de france times, but what a great NSV feeling.
I plan on doing a century in October and want to finish in less than 8 hours.
Just thought I would share 2 years ago at 265 I would not even get on a bike.
Cheers
Jim
