My condolences to you and your family. One of the things on my bucket list: SkyJump from the Stratosphere in Vegas. It's a free fall from the 108th floor (855 feet!). Talk about an adrenaline rush!

This made me laugh. I felt like I was in your head and reading the thoughts as they came to you. Lol.

Michigan - Fricano's Pizza. THE BEST THIN CRUST PIZZA EVER. Arizona - Definitely the Mexican food. California - Fish tacos from Wahoo's in Huntington Beach, fried chicken from Muggie's in Long Beach, and Pink's hot dogs in LA. As for the person who said Mexican food - I was extremely disappointed while I lived there, It…

Honey, cinnamon, slivered almonds, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

I use it to make whole wheat tortillas. Gives it a little sweetness. I use this recipe (melt the coconut oil). http://www.100daysofrealfood.com/2010/05/26/recipe-whole-wheat-tortillas/

Plain yogurt with real maple syrup and dark chocolate cocoa powder! I love chocolate. Or So Delicious brand coconut ice cream.

Sounds like we drink the same protein powder! I blend a frozen banana, 2 Tablespoons of dark chocolate cocoa powder, a scoop of vanilla flavored plant protein powder (http://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-plant-protein), 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and a few ice cubes. It helps with my chocolate fix too!

I eat it with crackers, pita bread, vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.), and sometimes I'll put it on a sandwich. My favorite is with crackers, though, because I love the crunch with the smoothness! ETA: I also make my own because I think it tastes better than store bought and is very easy to…

^^I agree with this. YOU ARE WORTH IT.

I think if you allow yourself a couple cookies now and then, you are more likely to not binge on the entire box. Eat healthy the majority of the time, and indulge in moderation! Don't deny yourself the happiness of a cookie because it may make you resent your diet/lifestyle. I say have a cookie! And don't have one…

You look great! Killer dress, btw!

Hahaha! I agree with everyone else; eggs, fish, olive and coconut oil, butter, cheese, whole milk yogurt. Have you tried almond butter instead of eating nuts? Or natural peanut butter?

Try eating lean protein before bed, like cottage cheese, canned tuna, or eggs. http://straighthealth.com/pages/qna/foodbeforebed.html

I love my Mirena. I've had it for almost three and a half years. No acne, no abnormal weight gain, no pregnancy scares, or any other side effects. I plan on getting another one put in right after this one comes out in a year and a half! The reason I chose Mirena: I had been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo and liked it because I…
