I juice everyday and I write down every fruit/veggie I use and get the nutrition facts for all of them(per serving obviously) and then add them together. It's time consuming but worth it, especially if you make that same juice again, you won't have to enter them twice if you add them to your "foods".

I've been doing the "Biggest Loser Last Chance" DVD which is a different workout 6 days a week, but I'll normally do every other day of a video or my C25K app which is running/walking intervals.. I guess I should just start doing the videos everyday with the run, maybe that'll help a little..

That was 6 months ago! I have gained about 30-40 pounds since then

1. Amanda 2. 190ish. 3. 180ish. 4. 1 or 2 miles on the treadmill, fast walking or jogging.. then 50 crunches on the ab workout thing. then i do the bike for 10-15 minutes. and then the treadmill again for maybe half a mile to a mile. then the sauna for 5-10 minutes.
