My green juice puts me over my "sugar" limit for the day?
I make a green juice everyday and I normally add 2 different fruits but half a serving of each fruit because I don't want too much sugar/sweetness, but it's been putting me over my sugar limit anyways. I don't know what to do, just work it off or not worry about it since it's a natural sugar?

What do you guys normal do at the gym?
This is what I do, 1 or 2 miles on the treadmill, fast walking or jogging.. then 50 crunches on the ab workout thing. then i do the bike for 10-15 minutes. and then the treadmill again for maybe half a mile to a mile. then the sauna for 5-10 minutes, What do you guys do? Any successful tips for me? Add me if you'd like
