It really is quite a strange one! I like a few people here take my measurements once a month, (I also weigh in once a month). I take the following measurements (in my words and not technical terms) Neck Upper bust Bust Lower bust Waist Hips Butt Thighs Knees Ankles Upper arms Wrists Also take photos when I do the measurements. In 3 months I would like to have lost 8kgs, continue trying new exercises and exercise classes and continue to push myself harder. A year..hmm..have lost 25kgs, have a great exercise regime in place, be eating cleaner and maybe meet my soulmate, and of course a lotto win wouldn't be bad either!! So not too much to ask…

Well my goal for April was to be 122kg, weigh in today (I only weigh once a month) and I am 121.25kg, so goal made and achieved!

Don't give up, you have done great so far, like others have said try changing your exercise to give the body a wee shock! You CAN and WILL get there!

Wow still pretty impressive to someone that does nothing and probably should do something! Think I will give it a go, though not so many to start of with! On the positive your exercise regime is free which is a bonus!!! Keep up the good work as the results so far are amazing!!!

I am in! I am currently 125kg and 165cm and realistically would like to be 122kg by the end of April and of course I want to stay the same height! This is my first post, had lost a few kilos before I found this site, but like that there is so much support out there and it is easy to use! Good luck everyone
