Taking Measurements

Hi there folks! Was wondering, for those of you who take measurements, how often do you take them? And what areas do you measure?

    I do mine for every 10 pounds or so that I lose, or if I'm about to order clothes online (so I can look at the measurement chart and order the right size). I measure bust, underbust, waist, hips.

    Once a month.

    I Measure:

    Bicep (upper arm)
    Bust
    Hips
    Thigh
    Waist
    Calf

    Same i do mine once a week as my weight changes from water retention i can gain up to a inch everywhere maybe 2 when im on a period mine have started shrinking since lifting weights so excited to see what happends my boobs are starting to shrink now to cry :(

    Neck
    Bust
    Under-bust
    Right Bicep (fullest point)
    Right Forearm (fullest point)
    Waist (point where I bend, above belly button but below ribs)
    Abdomen @ Navel
    Hips (fullest point)
    Right Thigh
    Right Calf (fullest point)

    YAY! I'm not the only one who does this! I do the EXACT same thing (I measure both legs. I assume you do too, but thought I'd add that.) and I do it once a week. It's really helped me to keep track of where I'm losing and keeping weight and how much (or unfortunately sometimes how little) I'm losing.

    Once a month, and I measure:

    Bust
    Waist at my belly button
    Hips at my bum
    Top of my right thigh
    Top of my right arm

    I like a few people here take my measurements once a month, (I also weigh in once a month). I take the following measurements (in my words and not technical terms)

    Neck
    Upper bust
    Bust
    Lower bust
    Waist
    Hips
    Butt
    Thighs
    Knees
    Ankles
    Upper arms
    Wrists

    Also take photos when I do the measurements.
