lol well my dog walks me, he sets the pace and it worked out at 3.5mph i definitly break a sweat and i usually prefer to take him to the local park and i do a run/walk/ calisinthetics interval training and he just runs along beside me tehe

i need help with this aswell, i do a body pump class at the gym and it is 60mins repitition weights doing each body part. its a popular class worldwide but they dont have it on here, and when i typed in strength training and put in the amount of time it definitly was way too low a calorie burn for the workout:(

put your goal, and pics of the figure you are going to have at the end of your journey all over the house so you are seeing it every day. make sure you are eating the right food for you, low gi etc so that you have energy and arent left unsatisfied. and lay yourself some ground rules. ie if i stick within my calorie count…
