  • Stevia is a NATURAL sweetener that is derived from the Stevia plant. It's not as popular as other sweeteners, but it can be found in your local grocery store in the form of Truvia. It's in the sugar isle. I don't care for it, but my husband absolutely loves it. It has also been used around the world for many years.

  • The last five pounds are ALWAYS the hardest. Sometimes you actually need to cut back just a little. Maybe 50 calories or so. Change up your foods and do a different type of exercise. Try eating more for breakfast and less for dinner. Or if that is your norm, swap that around. It's all about body confusion...
  • As with any type of exercise, everyone's personal measure will always be different. Age, metabolic rate, medical conditions, etc will always play a part in how many calories are actually burned.
