For those that have asked, my zone is 134-162. There are times when I reach 185-190 and at that point, I have to stop and rest....

A scale is definitely the best way to go! I measured out two individual 3 oz servings last night and one had 7 carrots and the other had 10.

It's not that one weighs more than the other, it's that one is smaller than the other....Imagine a baseball and a softball, the softball is the size as a pound of fat and the baseball is the size of a pound of muscle.

It's very normal! Your body is building muscle which weighs more than fat, but has less volume. I am at the same weight as when I started 2 weeks ago and have lost 2 inches in my waist. If you are ever unsure, take your measurements...

The ab workout is also at the end of the workout you're supposed to do it with. I just finished week one and recommend doing it at the end.

I LOVE, love, LOVE Zumba for the Wii. It is a great workout! I highly recommend it for people who prefer the comfort of their own living room!

Planning is definitely the key! Just remember, it's never set in stone, so if something unexpected happens like you leave your lunch at home and you travel 30 minutes to work, you can always just fill in the blanks. Good luck!

OK...Iron is one thing, but why are you taking an antacid on a daily basis? Actually there is....If you don't get enough calories, your body can go into survival mode. It will hang on to the calories you have taken in because it thinks your not going to feed it. Every once in a while is fine, but if it is regular thing, your weight loss can come to a halt.
