boxers were fun...i wasn't aware of this exercise before..but i enjoyed it:).plus was under calories and did extra 30 mins of cardio

I have limited access to internet these days so cant update regularly..anyways for friday i did both the challenges plus extra 40 mins of cardio.....n for today calories are looking good still have to do lunges

hi all yestrday was a vry bzy day but I managed to do both challemges and xtra one hour of cardio:D...im so happy that im finally getting into this challenge....windshield wipers are hard but I also hope that they'll get easier:D..n i use water bottle for woodchops..i hope they'll work:D
