I'm doing low carb and I found I get a venti iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and instead of milk heavy whipping cream..2 grams of carbs. I add a packet of Splenda so I say 3 net carbs and it's delish!!!!

I've became "new" here a few times as well. One day at a time! I'm here if I can help in any way!!! Welcome back!!! :)

I'm back after gaining back the 47 lbs plus more from 2006 so I'm starting over, but how amazing it was to be able to reach more of my back in the shower, shaving my legs in the shower was so nice. Feeling my collarbone...ect EVERYTHING. I can't wait to notice all that small stuff again!

Today is Day 1 (again) and I've had a killer headache from the major decrease of caffeine and sugar. Hang in there, it'll lessen up!!!!

I'm on Mirena since September..I have no periods now and acne has cleared up (I didn't have any really due to taking Accutane a few years back) but I don't believe it affects weight. We'll find out! lol Good luck!
