Try something called "tapping"... I think you can look for it online. It is something like pressure points... I teach it to my clients and use it myself.

Ok, wierd question... When you are working nights... how are your bowl movements the following? the schedule change could be throwing your digestive system off track. This compliments what someone esle asked about water intake... some thoughts for consideration...

I work with a lady that does 150 push-up every day...her arms are awesome. I can do 10 girl ones and have been working on increasing those...started at only being able to do 1- 15 days ago... I'll try out the challenge :bigsmile:

I do BMR +100+ exercise calories... For me, its an in-between eating 20% less than TDEE and eating what MFP recommends. The answer is not "right" or "wrong"... I have not been losing weight but rather inches with this... I am considerign uping my calories... Use the military calcualtor on this...…

Your TDEE is to maintain, eat less to lose. There is a group of people on MFP that do eat more-weigh less and follow TDEE - % rule rather than MFP recommendations. I think it is personal preference. I have custom settings on my goals for macronutrients and calories to be over my BMR, not under how MFP initially…
