  • I did two full days. after day 1 I'd lost 2 pounds, and after day 2 I'd gained a pound back (?!) so I gave it up. Will probably try it again soon, though.

  • I just made it to week 4 of C25K and I hiiiighly recommend it! It's only 30 minutes, and I'm not an early riser either, but forcing myself to get up in the morning and go has actually been great, because then I feel accomplished for the rest of the day... if I don't go in the morning, I find that I'll just skip that day.…
