  • ^ seriously. how tall are you? why are you trying to lose weight? 130 lbs is pretty low. if you're trying to lose FAT, you should be lifting weights to build muscle underneath. your weight may go up (muscle weighs more than fat), but you will look a lot better and be healthier.
