I am seriously lacking physical activity. I enjoy walking outside but I am scared to death of dogs. I bought a tread climber.....it is hard I can only do 4 minutes on it. I live in a small town - no gym. But I am going to do this challenge.

Hi I just started yesterday. I have alot of weight to lose but mainly I want to get into some type of fitness routine. I use to be physical but not now....ugh. Anyway I accidently happened upon this or was it God's plan....hmmmmm. I follow instructions well but lack motivation after a few days. Anyway, be glad to help.
