Thanks girls I will add yall (: It is hard gaining weight as well as losing it , my main focus now is getting thicker legs . I am starting a 30 day squat challenge hope I get something out of if !(:

I started today !(: I am sort of skinny hate my legs , I am doing the squats and calf raises as well , I don't want to start getting thick thighs with chicken legs. So doing both, hope this works!!!
