I'm new to this !(: wanting to gain wieght and get thicker legs. Hate being too skinny

    I'm sure not 18 anymore, but I am also a gainer, so feel free to add me too...I've been on fet almost a year gaining, maintaining, having set backs then gaining and maintaining again.

    Believe me I've been there. Look up "hard gainer" information and workouts.
    Also, weight gainer shakes and slim fast shake snacks as well as ~four full meals.
    Helps a lot.
    P.s. I'm 27 and still trying to gain weight, but when you get to be this age you realize there are far worse body types...

    It is hard gaining weight as well as losing it ,
    my main focus now is getting thicker legs .
    I am starting a 30 day squat challenge hope I get something out of if !(:

    Yeah! After 9-10 months in the end! I had to up my calorie intake my a lot, really reduce my cardio and work on strength/toning instead!
