I would really invest in a HRM to track it accurately. I recently got mine and I burn a lot more than what MFP says I do because my heart rate gets up pretty high.

You can freeze avocados. I just discovered baked avocado with egg in it. Just cut it in half and crack and egg in along with whatever else you may want in it and then bake it until the egg seems done. Yummy!

I just tried Mio. It's a liquid water enhancer with no calories and no sugar! It's pretty good and you can put just a little in or a lot. Kind gives it a Gatorade taste. It's about $4.00 for a bottle that is supposed to last about 24 times.

I totally think that walking is a great way to burn calories! Especially if you are walking at a fast pace like 4.0. I would also challenge you to start running even though your body is telling you different in the beginning. I never thought I would be a runner. I was that girl in gym class that walked the mile ;) however…
