Sure, if you want to gain weight. Eating raw food doesn't exclude you from weight gain. Calories in, calories out.

You forgot about the part where he manipulates scientific studies and leaves out parts of study results which do not support his 'diet'. Takes away a lot of credibility IMO.

Both have their benefits, neither really related to your diet though. Drink what you enjoy, rather than suffering through something you dislike just because it's good for you.

Victim blaming, are we really surprised?

I agree with the poster above. To me, it doesn't look like fat. Most people have a 'pooch' because of where their internal organs rest, and because when you eat, your stomach gets full. Chances are you're not actually 'bloating', your stomach just has food in it. It happens to everyone. I'd recommend seeing someone and…

This is exactly what I expected, and I was not disappointed.

I just want to know how we got to fuel consumption, did I miss something?

You're not in starvation mode (it's a myth/misunderstanding), weight loss isn't linear. Give it time. 2 weeks is nothing to sweat over.

Workouts triggered panic attacks in me for a while, probably because of the elevated HR. I ended up getting some medication to subdue the panic attacks enough for me to go through a mostly normal daily routine without interruption, including workouts. It's entirely possible, I made myself quite sick by working out too much. It wasn't just clocking up a lot of hours, it was also doing very high intensity workouts back to back with cardio, and not giving myself enough rest. Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should.

Sweat isn't related to calorie burn, it's a byproduct of your body trying to regulate temperature. Everything burns calories. Strength training wouldn't normally burn calories, but it strengthens (and if you're not eating at a deficit) build muscle which in turn helps to burn more calories throughout the day.

Just count all of it. It's easier and leaves room for error.

As someone with celiacs who has worked for years as both a chef and baker, I fully understand the frustrations of dietary restrictions AND catering for them. However, if someone is willing to pay, I am willing to accommodate. I particularly enjoy having a job, which I can only have if customers return because they're…

The fact you look down on people for their own ethical choices guarantees I won't be reading anything you recommend, in fear of catching something.
