I drink around 2l of green tea a day, as I find it easier to drink than plain water. And I firmly believe it does jack for weight loss.
-
That depends. If it's a constant gain (not water retention), then it's a 99.99% chance it's fat from excess calories. There are some medical issues that could make you gain weight but normally if you're gaining weight, it's because of excess calories. I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about gaining weight. If you…

pactapp If you're going to be healthy, at least get paid along the way.

Contact lenses, though I usually switch to glasses on my rest days because it's nice to have a break. And I'm not working out so they won't be sliding down my nose.

That sounds horrific....And impossible?

Argh. There is nothing wrong with aspartame. Stevia has had dramatically fewer studies on it than aspartame, so the jury is still out on it IMO. Go aspartame! :drinker:

Wrap it in bacon, brown in a pan, then cook in the oven. Awww yeah bacon :glasses:

Unlocking your diary may help with food suggestions.

This. I have chocolate everyday because I don't want to lose my mind.

This. HRM's aren't designed to work for yoga.

What exercise did you do to burn 800+ cals, just out of interest?
-
....what?

In summary, I am making 1 point: 1) If I listen to my body, I would never stop eating. I never get full. How do you think I got overweight in the first place?
-
Total bs IMO. I'm eating more than what that comes out at and losing weight. Like the others said, gradually increase until you're not losing weight anymore.
-
Atm I do elliptical 3x a week for 45min and HIIT 3x a week. If I didn't do cardio I think I'd lose my mind. And get caught by zombies.
-
At 132lb my HRM says I burn about 250cals in 30 minutes at moderate intensity, so it doesn't sound that far off to me.
-
No worries! I could be wrong, but my gut instinct when I got results like that was that they were probably a bit off. And it's probably best log too few burned than too many when you're trying to lose
-
Honestly, I don't think that number is right. When I first started working out my max HR would be over 200 and I would get very high burn numbers (600cals for a 30 walk/jog?) but I usually halved those because they just didn't feel right. Now I'm fitter, I struggle to get my HR above 175 and feel that my number is a lot…

5'8, GW: 128?

Awwww yeah this is getting good

Try entering macro into your search too (eg carb macro). That should give you what you're looking for :)
-
You can just search the database for macros (protein, carb, fat) and add them. Is that what you mean?
-
I can tell when people are looking at me, though I don't assume they're 'checking me out'. I normally assume they're going 'wtf is that thing?'.
-
1200 is a number I've been hearing since I was little. My Mum used to get fitness magazines and they'd all tote '1200 meal plans'. She stopped getting them, thankfully.

Bless you.

Am I the only one curious about 'all natural, clean' pizza?

My day off is kinda a cheat day. But I still log everything. I suppose the only way it's a cheat day is I put less pressure on my food choices and staying under my goal. If I go over by a hundred or so, eh, no biggie.

Gluten Dairy Shellfish Pineapple Beetroot Beetroot is the only one I voluntarily don't eat. Because it bleeds all over my plate...

Actually, inches ARE equivalent to clothing sizes. Weight has nothing to do with the size of clothes you fit into, its all about your physical measurements, or inches. If you're seeing a decrease in your measurements then keep doing what you're doing.

Go get professional help. You've admitted you have an ED, now you need to address that.
