Not where I've cooked. Unless its a VERY stingy boss or a baked recipe (like bread, muffins, etc), they don't measure anything. It's time consuming and a bit pointless. You quickly learn the portions required by sight anyway.

What protein bars are you eating? I can get a 55g protein bar for like 150 cals. And its amazziinnngg.
-
What are you eating? Diet/lite foods? Lots of fresh produce? Perhaps its time to look at your food choices and go for things more calorie dense like nuts, oils, avocado, etc, to bulk up your calories.

I'm laughing so hard. ETA: A 200g serving is around 700 cals apparently?

I would eat at least 50% back, granted you're not using the TDEE method.

Plus I doubt the OP will cut out all gluten. She'll cut out the obvious gluten. She won't check every ingredient label and use a different toaster and chopping board to avoid cross contamination which, if she has celiac, is very important. Which is why people stress getting tested. 'Cutting out' gluten and living with…

The DAMAGE done by gluten can take 3 months to repair, but gluten doesn't stay in your system for 3 months...

What? No. Grapefruit and green tea don't burn fat, you don't need a detox and ANY calories over what you need will cause you to gain weight, so don't eat unlimited vegetables...

The Notebook- You couldn't pay me to finish that movie...

I think they mean I should be nice to GreatDepressi?

You DO realize what bread is made from right? The basic staple of bread is flour, salt, yeast and water. Sugar is often added to help feed the yeast and fat is often used to shorten the eating texture. Nothing amiss in any of those ingredients.

That's a healthy number of calories for a lot women to be consuming. It only seems like a binge because you're eating 400 calories.

You're sick. Stop logging and look after yourself. Your diet can wait.

Your inherent dismissal of statistics in favour of your own limited experience explains your point of view. Your opinion cannot be changed because you refuse to believe that things can be different than how they appear in your personal view of the world.

This explains so much.

You're right. It is my choice. And if I choose to have kids, I'm gonna take the maternity leave which I am entitled to considering I created a human being and walked around like a human incubator for 9 months.

Sorry I'll just give birth on my workplace floor then and raise my child in my cubicle.

Na I get ya. I like many men, just not the ignorant ones.

Ahhh men, can't live with 'em...

Given the fire I am currently sitting in front of, I think I win this round.

I giggled.

Don't worry, my doctor once gave me anti-psychosis medication for my insomnia, after a while you get used to drugs having multiple uses. Personally, I'm happy taking prescribed drugs as long as the side effects aren't bad, but it's all about what you feel comfortable doing.

It depends if I'm able to stand upright. If I can, I'll workout, if I can't I'll take a rest day.

I'm coming up to 3 months...I keep forgetting to see my Dr about it.

You can eat whatever you want. Carbs from juice will still count towards your carb macro. It wouldn't be my first choice personally, especially if you struggle repeatedly. Why not just eat actual fruit instead of juice?

Hello is a great start. Cheesy pick up lines are very hit and miss so I wouldn't try it...If you get one worded/painfully polite responses, abort, because she just wants to be left alone.

I was thinking a bit more than skin deep...or...not?

Just be sure to not have caffeine when you take your supplements, as it inhibits iron absorption too. Other than that, I've never had a problem with taking iron supplements when my diet isn't giving me enough. I haven't had to take zinc though, but your idea of taking it after sounds good to me.
