Favourite gym ever.

I can't help it man! But logging can be kinda difficult. Should I log it under veal...or maybe chicken?
-
To do that, I'd have to actually go outside...And everyone in my college classes think I'm a cannibal so they tend to keep clear.
-
I'd hardly call it a diet, it's corset training. Personally, I'm not a fan of altering my skeletal structure in the name of beauty but each to their own.

Yep, any bumps will cause it to count steps since that's how a pedometer works. I don't believe there's any way to avoid it.

I believe it occurs when your body stops using carbs for fuel during a workout and starts using protein instead. There's no harm in it as far as I know, but if it bothers you, you could try consuming more carbs before a workout so you're properly fueled and drinking more water.

Crème brûlée

Because I like my protein to come in the form of chocolatey goodness sometimes? Meat and grains get boring.
-
I disagree, normal soda has carbs. Carbs is a macro, right? And diet soda contains no nutrients. Kinda like water...

Creating a deficit too large is detrimental to your health. Eating 1400 calories and burning 500 nets only 900, which isn't enough.
-
Better watch out, that H2O is gonna kill ya...
-
Excessive consumption of anything is bad for you. I drink diet once a week and I'm not dead yet...
-
Except that its delicious!!!! :drinker:

WOW I DON'T BELIEVE IT YOU THINK YOU CAN BREAK THE LAWS OF PHYSICS. If you can, you deserve a Nobel prize and a time machine... ETA: The posts didn't say a calorie deficit was ineffective, simply that there were ways OTHER than counting calories to lose weight. To do so, you still need a deficit, counted or not.

In the kindest way possible, I suggest you start learning how to eat for yourself. Unless you plan to follow a meal plan forever, eventually you're going to be stuck having to make your own food choices. This is often when people gain the weight back because they suddenly realize they have no idea how to eat without…

You know you just proved what everyone has been saying right? You don't HAVE to count calories, you just need a calorie deficit. This is easily created if you actually know how much your eating.
-
Saying your 23 on a diet forum won't give you knowledge or experience, it just makes you look like you're trying to hide things. I still suggest heading to sparkteens as it's aimed at teenagers and their staff will probably be better equipped to help you.
-
Your profile says your 23, you say your 16. You should be at sparkteens, MFP is 18+... Nevertheless, you haven't given your calorie intake so your binge could be related to not eating enough everyday, or more of an emotional issue. I'd suggest, if possible, to talk to someone with experience in dealing with EDs as they…
-
You binged because you are on a severely restrictive diet. Please get professional help.
-
No. People are obese because they eat too much. Period.
-
Nope, it's Haitian lore, corpses reanimated with magic or witchcraft. So I guess you could say it's to do with religion, but hardly a 'sick twist'.
-
I'm happy to play guinea pig in the name of science. And pepsi max...

Aspartame FTW! :drinker: :drinker:

Please stop advising that repeatedly having a negative net is okay, it's not.
-
Haha our definition of old might be a bit different
-
I'd rather eat food than live longer. Food is delicious, old people seem lonely...
-
If you were eating back all your exercise calories before, there's only 100cal difference between your plans. The only way to know if it will actually work for you is to try it for at least a month and check your progress. However, you shouldn't be using the TDEE and marking it as sedentary if you're working out. That…

Bless you for saying this.
-
True but they also don't appreciate you fainting on them either, so eating something of substance is a good idea. And yes, I'm speaking from experience...
