It's bull****. Take it from me, if someone's trying to sell you a weight loss pill, they're scamming you. I speak from experience.
-
Because clean eating has nothing to do with weight loss or 'reducing your midsection'.
-
No. You need a calorie deficit. You don't have to eat clean. Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit, it's as simple as that. If you want to 'tone up', then you'll need to look at strength training.

I pretty much always lose my weight after my rest day, even when I go over my cals, and even over my maintenance. I don't know why, but it's awesome.
-
What, no, come on...
-
I've binged on carrots numerous times. I've been known to put away 2 lbs in a single sitting. I had to recondition myself because I started turning orange...

Pregnancy and crumpets. :indifferent:

Wow that's awesome! Great work :drinker:

I won't judge you. Unless you're wearing a fedora. That's the only reason I will ever judge a person based on appearance alone.
-
And you have a bangin bod, and an awesome diary full of awesome food. I'm choosing to follow you.
-
ffs now it's stuck in my head I hate you
-
I'm also interested. How is meeting your macro goals a rubbish plan?
-
I wanna know how I can evolve a little. Is this like pokemon? How do I level up? Tell me your secrets...
-
No. OP, if you are associating guilt with eating PLEASE get help, regardless of your families health.
-
If you're feeling guilt in relation to what you eat, you definitely need to talk to someone about it.

No. 800 calories? You need to double this, at least. A child needs more than this, an adult needs more than this lying in a coma. You haven't given your weight, so I can't give a more accurate number.
-
By pig out do you mean you don't log? Because that's probably your problem. Also how do you log your exercise calories? Do you have a HRM for your jogs? Or do you just use what MFP gives you?
-
Your logging is all over the place, and your goal is less than 1200 calories. I think it's time to reevaluate. I doubt your goal is adequate unless you are very short so this needs to be recalculated. Then, you need to weigh and log everything. Then trial it for a month to see how it goes.
-
Basically.
-
1. How long have you been on this 'plateau' 2. Are you using a HRM to measure your calorie burn or MFP? 3. Are you eating back your exercise calories? 4. Are you weighing your food?
-
You may gain water weight, which is linked to your body storing more glycogen. This is generally what people mean when they say 'I went from eating 1200 to 1500 calories and now I'm gaining weight!!!!'. You won't gain fat on that increase.

Agree with everything. Lift heavy weights, feel bad *kitten*, look bad *kitten*, rinse, repeat. ETA: Stronglift 5x5 is a great place to start. Really easy to follow, and they have an app if you want to use that to track your progress.

Fitnessblender.com Ton of body weight workouts, all free. :)

Fitness Blender has great videos. You can select what equipment you have to work with and what kind of workout you're looking for.

This. When you eat, you're putting stuff into your body. Since it doesn't immediately come out the other end, it has to stay somewhere. It's totally normal. Unless you're feeling any pain/discomfort, I wouldn't assume IBS or allergies.

Tell him to stfu.

I take my own food. Because I'm celiac and lactose intolerant, people are used to me bringing my own food so that they don't have to cater especially for me. Otherwise, I'd just estimate and enjoy myself.
