What they're saying is you won't get very much 'muscle tone' from doing this. To build muscles you need to do strength/resistance training. And gaining weight is entirely down to your diet. If you eat more calories than you burn, it doesn't matter how much you work out, you will gain weight.

Because MFP has already created a deficit. If you workout, you create and even bigger one, and this can sometimes be detrimental to your health in the long run. Also it means you get to eat more, which is generally seen as a plus.

No that was me requesting you explain your logic of how blending a fruit can magically make you capable of consuming too much sugar from it. Despite the fact the only thing that's changed is the physical structure of the fruit in question.

Okay, first thing is your calorie burn. I highly doubt you're burning that, to be brutally honest. It'd take me running a constant 10min mile for over 3.5 hours straight to burn 1500cals. MFP grossly overestimates it's calorie burns, so you'd want to be eating back a MAX of 75%, most people settle for 50%. You haven't…

No, only change your level to sedentary IF you're using your fitbit. Otherwise, if you don't want to use your fitbit, I'd suggest changing to at least lightly active, and logging your exercise cals. Be careful with your exercise cals, as MFP tends to inflate the numbers. Most people only eat back 50-75% of the number MFP…

If you have your fitbit connected, set your MFP to sedentary and your fitbit should give you any extra cals based on your activity that day. Did you have them connected? Your calorie goal is what you've set your baseline at, say 1500 cals. If you log a workout or get extra from your fitbit, it'll log this under exercise.…

I lost like 20lbs without counting. I just ate less. I had no concept of macros or anything, so I didn't worry that I wasn't getting enough protein etc.
