I would suggest not juicing. You're removing all the fibre from the fruit/veges so there's nothing to keep you full. Why not just eat what you want and can find into your calorie goal? Missing one day won't kill you. THINKING that one day will ruin everything however, may be a very detrimental ideal to follow and I'd suggest reevaluating your relationship with fitness if you get this distressed over missing one workout.
