i struggled with painful legs but from my experience and others ive read if you keep pushing after 4-5 days u will feel a lot better x

thats a brill way to discribe it! i watch a ep of biggest loser everynight as well as i find it help keep my motivation up cos i look and think well if they can do it so can i!

i have exactly the same problem! im at home throughout the day mind u but still stay focused and motivated until the evening! feel free to add me for support and we can try and get through it together if you want x

why not trying drinking some fresh fruit juice that would help getting some calories in. i wouldnt eat bad food i think you would be better accepting the left over cals rather than doing that,

i stayed the same! which isnt bad considering i had a bad week and on friday had put on 2lbs so im pretty happy to have lost it all by sunday :) roll on next weigh in!

as well as looking at calories have u looked at the fat content? try and go easy on carbs and salt as well
