Its crazy how much better you will feel for Clean Eating too! I am back again after a fall off the wagon! Put on around 5lbs oops! Sugar is my biggest downfall but i found that sugar is also the one thing that if you limit it - it makes a huge difference especially to tummies! :) xx

Am on Level 1 Day 6 today and my knees are really starting to play me up - anyone any idea why? xx

I completed L1 D3 last night and this morning, my thighs are less sore but my left knee seems to be a little tender. Just hope i can stick with it!

Should you be looking at just protein via foods or a supplement too?

I am going to do the 3rd day of my 30DS - also doing 30 day squat challenge alongside it! So my quads are burning! Fairly achy but i guess thats a good thing! L x
