Oh man, that does not sound fun! I had reconstructive foot surgery 2.5 years ago after a bad car wreck (3 screws in right foot now)... I couldn't walk for about 5 months or so and was back at home with my parents. I had cabin fever like no other. Being injured sucks lol.

Rock/hard rock/nu metal always makes me run faster. Especially if the drums are really bangin'. Lots of bullet for my valentine, breaking benjamin, disturbed, volbeat, mudvayne, all that remains, killswitch engage, in this moment...etc. Oooh I love me some rock... lol

Hi! I'll go ahead and add you :) and anyone else can add me, too!
-
I already added you, but anyone else is free to add me! I could use any and all motivation/support! :D

I'd love to join! I'm a little nervous since I'm a student and this is my hardest semester thus far in my 4 years, and there are many days where I see more of the library than my home... but I'm going to try my best!

Just finished day 1... during the punches, I aimed for Jillian's head. Cursed her out a few times, too. LOL. Man... I can see why people get results after 30 straight days of this! Not easy, but it'll be worth it! I'm also scared what level 2 and 3 might look like LOL.

I'm about to pop in my disc to do L1D1! I'm sure I won't be nearly as excited in about 35 minutes...hahaha. My arms JUST stopped being sore from my workout Friday, and I know they'll be sore again tomorrow. Oh well... No pain, no gain (or loss)!

Then you and I are both freaks, LOL.

I really want to do this, too! I'm newer on the site. I need to stop by the store and pick it up...it isn't too expensive, is it? I haven't googled yet, haha. I'm hoping I can stick to it. I'm a senior in college and next week I have 2 exams, and 3 exams the week after that. I'm currently living and breathing my…

I agree.

Actually, fructose does not cause a significant change in blood sugar levels, whereas sucrose does. :) *shakes head* I'm having bad flashbacks to my organic chemistry class... haha

I see a difference (I just copied and pasted the links into browsers tabs and flipped through each before and after quickly to notice little changes). Mainly in your stomach/waist, and the same area of your back. Awesome job! I know what it's like to feel like YOU can't see changes...but they are THERE! Keep it up! :)

I completed it this spring, and then ran 2 5K's! I totally recommend it. I used to HATE running...but, that's because I 1. didn't run properly, and 2. didn't condition myself to do so. C25K really helps you ease into it, and before you know it, you're running 30 minutes without stopping like it's a breeze!

I was solely referring to the lady, not death by water in general. :)
-
The lady he is referring too^ died not necessarily because she drank TOO much water, but she did not urinate. The contest was for "who can drink the most without going to the bathroom," which ended up as to why she died. :/
