5'8" male (not necessarily making me a shorty) but I find 1200 to be just right for me and I am losing about 1.5 pounds per week. However I have to manually override the Apps Calorie levels as it caps me at a 1500 calories limit.

I generally nuke mine (don't kill me) in the microwave from frozen. 8 minutes or so in a covered container. Salt, pepper, lemon juice, a bit of butter, olive oil, and a jamaican seasoning I found a while back. Sometimes I will also put some bread crumbs on top for a crunchy topping. Doing the same. What sort of workout are you doing? I'm doing and upper/lower body 2 day split with periodization (I downloaded the plan from another website and added my exercises), basically 6 main exercises a day + various cardio machines. I'm trying to be in the gym 3 days a week
