Cool :) thanks guys! because I've never actually been on a diet before, ever! So i see all these posts like "oh my god you can;t do this that and the other its starvation" and one guy actually said I wasn't eating enough, even though id gone over 1200 by like 200 (it was a bad day!) so i had no idea really....x

no since I'm young and live with my parents they usually do the cooking because I'm doing a levels so I'm usually just working....I think really I should change my diet....

P.S no, haha urm i've only lost around 1/4 of that in two weeks, my scales were VERY off......i bought new ones, put in my new weight but it just added it on instead. i don't know how to adjust it so i just left it cause i know how much im wanting to lose and how much i weigh so it doesn't bother me really.

thank you guys :) and trust me I'm not underweight :p those charts are usually off anyway because they are for adults and I'm only 18 and I'm quite small anyway. So I doubt that chart would apply to me. I think it might be that I'm not getting enough rest and not drinking enough water so my metabolism is out. :) These…

What i do is have a cheat day, but i eat like a packet of crisps and maybe some take out, then i exercise using the Wii fit and dancing and generally more fun ways to work out. It works for me :)

I totally agree, usually you lose quite a bit of weight when sick, so just focus on getting better for now :)
