Level 3
Started level 3 today (20th Feb) man it is hard! Level 1 was hard until day 3 and level 2 was hard until around day 5/6 with planks continuing to be hard, but I cant see me ever being strong enough for this haha! Never the less I will push through, 8lbs down so far :) xxx

Cheat day help?
How many do you have a week? I've been having one, but I never know whether I should eat one cheat food that day and no exercise or whether on a cheat day you can just eat how you want and not exercise? What works for you guys? xx

Right so i usually work out for about an hour, or longer if i feel like it, if im really in the mood i go for 2 hours sometimes maybe 3 but say if i exercise and then just sit down for the rest of my day, does this just render my exercise complete waste of time? because im not active anymore?? i've been confused about this…

Just a general question
I don't mean to sound ditzy or anything but, would you say its only an effective workout if you sweat a lot and can feel your muscles aching? because i've been working out every day, but i wouldn't say that I've been sweating a whole load so i don't know whether my workouts are effective, thanks :)

I have been doing this for almost 2 weeks now and I haven't noticed a significant change, I have been restricting what I eat to around 1200 or 1000(min) a day and exercising for an hour a day 6 days a week, I do have one day where I just eat whatever, but then I do extra exercise to compensate.
