If you are going to eat pasta, make sure it is whole wheat pasta! As for a healthy option, it all depends on what you eat it with.

I would say pasta is doing you way more harm than good. The actual serving size is tiny! And its full of carbs
I come from a very italian family... i LOVE pasta xD haha but I cut it out of my diet for now.... to tempting and causes binging

Pasta can add up fast when it comes to calories. If you HAVE to eat pasta certainly go with a whole wheat pasta and what the portion sizes. It will hurt your progress if it is enriched white flour pasta, not nearly as bad for the whole wheat.

I am one of those all in moderation type people. I currently am not supposed to have processed or simple carbs (doctor's orders) but sometimes I just gotta have pasta. I will go with whole wheat if I can. Make sure you measure it out because pasta is one that can set you back very easily. The beans are great for making you feel full if you don't get a lot of noodles, but I would be careful on the amount of cheese.

Eat whole wheat pasta. Measure it off
Usually I eat 2 serving with 1 serving sauce & lots of veggies. But I don't eat bread that day
