right i know im stupid and everything

but i went out saturday night (im 18 ive me a break haha) and i fell over and sprained my foot, any excercise suggestions?? since i cant run or go to the gym right now !

    Boxing - great upper body cardio!

    Try not to hurt yourself doing it though :laugh:

    Rowing machine would be good if you have access to a gym. Not sure of your schedule but making taking a break from exercise might help your foot and your body become stronger (if you are highly active in general)

    MsOwens also suggests something good. Swimming is good as well.

    Focus on your upper body and core exercises. Aquatics are great too, but make sure you have wrapped your ankle even in the pool. Praying you feel better soon!

    Thank you so much guys!! The hospital said it should be better soon (around 1-2 weeks) so i wont be down for too long :D
