do what works for you, everybodies bodies react differently so if you cheat and dont excercise one a cheat day maybe eat less or excercise? i wouldnt take everyones advice word for word because what works for them may not be the case for yourself :)

i got this! I joined in Jan 2011 stopped tracking in around April? And only just started, so I've had to set my lbs lost back to 0 cause i gained the weight back :( but really if people don't know what happened it just looks like I've been here the whole time but haven't bothered dieting >.<

I'd say let it all hang out! Because then you may be more motivated to lose the weight as you don't want people to see the picture?? or looking at it yourself may remind you of why you're doing this. If you're going to cut it out forever maybe? cause if you cut it out now then bring it back when you get to your UGW then you might gain some weight back that you don't really want? Chicken is a very good lean meat so i don't see why you should cut it out, maybe lessen the portions? Overall I'd say it's up to you :)

Get bio oil its AMAZING! You have to use it night and day for three months, but after about a week i could see mine disappearing :) but if you stop using it then they begin to reappear which is why it says 3 months xxx

Well personally I only eat one cheat meal a week because i think its healthy to balance it out rather than just stick to one side of food triangle, but that's just me i wouldn't know what works for you. I get this a lot, but think how amazing you'll feel and thankful an successful you'll feel if you stick at it!! I do log them but I can see where you're comin from in not logging them, because I read somewhere that your body pretty much burns the calories you eat in veggies when you digest them :)
