I misunderstood the post. Again, I apologize to all who were offended. I really am....

That's nice????

First of all you asked for advice, no reason to be nasty if someone makes a suggestion. Second, most of the people on here are not medical professionals. It sounds like you need to speak to a professional counselor or doctor which is my SUGGESTION. This is not only about calories, but the way you view food. Forget the…

You didn't gain weight in one day & you won't lose it all in one day - it's a process. We all have these days. Log it & do an extra few minutes on the treadmill (or whatever you like to do as exercise). You will be alright (big hug)

Running - couldn't do it a year ago.

Exercising - love it! I love cooking at home. Really enjoy veggies - my new favorites Spaghetti squash & Brussel Sprouts.

I'm 5'3" and lost almost 90 pounds. I'm down to 160 and my doctor told me not to lose anymore weight. I know her reasoning behind it though. I'm 53 years old and sometimes losing alot of weight when you're older makes you look real old. That's what she told me, and honestly others (real friends that is) have said the same…

I love spin! I believe you can lose between 200 350 calories in a 45 minute session. But please remember if you do not change your calorie intake you'll just lose & gain over & over again. I did spin for 2 years before I really got serious about my weight loss. Would just gain & lose the same 10 pounds. Best wishes on your…

Well done! Congrats

Sunnyside & feisty those a legitimate reasos. The OP didn't give or have a reason. They need to go to their doctor to grt a checkup to be sure nothing else is happening.

I'm sorry, there's no way anyone can tell me they lost 44 (or 30) pounds in a month. I have lost 10 pounds in a month & my nutritionist & doctor kept asking me if I was okay (I also stopped losing for about 6 weeks afterward). OP you should really go to your doctor to make sure ecerything is okay. Just to put your mind at…

Congratulations on your weight loss. I have to ask everyone a question - not trying to put a damper on things, but just want to know. Is everyone doing this for weight loss or just because you love working out? The reason I ask is that I used to do workouts twice a day (sometimes I still do), but I do it every once in a…

To be honest, unless you have Ri Ri's money, you can't do what she does. It's probably the same combination most people on mfp do. Also know that while Rihanna has a nice body some of those pictures are touched up. I'm sure look beautiful & will look better when you get to you goal - if you are not there now.
-
Congratulations! You look wonderful.

First of all - you look fantastic! I heard the same thing from my family. When I sent a selfie to them they asked was I sick because I looked so bad. Went to a conference and everyone was looking at me the same way - as if something was wrong with me. After a while I was asking myself the same thing. What I finally figured…

Brussel Sprouts. Roasted or stir fried. Yum. Also enjoy spaghetti squash. Who knew vegetables could be so good?

You look great! Thanks for being such a inspiration!

You're doing fine. Remember that the first few pounds are water weight because you're consuming less sodium (or pre-packaged foods). You may do this for the next few weeks. After that you will get down to the real weight and began losing at maybe one pound per week. I can't read your diary so I'm not sure how many calories…

As someone said before, I will probably track at maintenance. As someone also said if I was doing good in the first place I would not have needed to go to mfp. But to each his/her own. No reason to put anyone down whatever their choice. Whatever works for you do it. Mfp has been a lifesaver for me me.

I'm going to try to join this time ladies! I really was looking over the yoga classes at my gym and was saying to myself that I need to try them, so sounds like a good time to start. I can also add on the leg lifts. Looking forward to this. Debra G. Waldofr, MD

I feel embrassed when peoole compliment me. Like others it's hard to see myself as small. It was an emtional experience for me trying on regular sizes for the first time. This winter I was wearing a size 16 now I'm a size 14 and even that is getting loose. Still can't believe I'm this small.

Doing good! Way to go!

I usually do 6 days a week. I love working out! I may try to do yoga on the 7th day (haven't tried yoga yet.) Do what feels comfortable for you. Don't feel guilty about not workjng out everyday - your body needs rest. I find that exercise is my stress reliver sounds like yours too.

-Being able to walk up the stairs without being in pain and breaking out in a sweat! -Getting off my arthritis medicine. -looking at my body and not going eck! -Feeling better about myself overall!

I usually log in everything during the week. I have to decide what I want on the weekends - I'm usually on the go alot.
